MultiEmail Server: Main Screen

Here is the slick "user friendly" user interface. 6 Integrated and ready to use e-mail groups on the left.

All group names can be customized. Quick visual info, on number of contacts in each database. Number of sent and skipped messages will de displayed depending of the sending status. 20 fields to input your most valuable customer information, including 4 special customizable once. Filter out unwanted emails just with one click.

Here is the customized "HTML e-mail" message example. Open a existing HTML file and customize it right in the Email Editor, no need for external HTML editor. Just click on customers data from the list, and info will be inserted. After every sent e-mail, the database will move forward and new customized HTML e-mail message will be sent with new customer information.

MultiEmail Server: Data transfer from

Transfer your customer info from your database to MultiEmail Server Access database. Choose of the data sources: Access, Excel, dBase, Paradox or text file.

Select which table need to be transferred from your data collection.

Choose your table from which data needs to be transferred from. Select the destination data from the list box. And than simply drag and drop item (Fax) from the left (source) to the right (destination), and transfer is done.

This is the ultimate information log. All the information about sent messages, subscribe and unsubscribe requests will be logged. As well as number of auto responders each day with filtered emails will be kept as history log.
